Robyn is passionate about making a difference in the world, and she is inspiring others through her coaching, workshops and retreats, speaking engagements, personal training, teaching Kundalini Yoga, and sharing her story on http://robyndeusterman.com
Robyn once lived her life as a perfectionist and someone who always had to feel accepted. She was scared to stand out, scared to use her voice and was stuck in a world dictated by her past. Through expressing massive courage, bravery and tenacity, Robyn finally shattered her limiting beliefs about herself and her life when she faced her fear of dealing with childhood trauma head-on. Robyn has since advanced her education, achieved personal healing and growth and created a life aligned with who she really is.
She believes that everyone deserves to live a life they love. Her mission is to coach women and girls toward embracing who they are and gain the power and confidence to live the life of their dreams – a life free from self-doubt and full of self-love. Her goal is help others see the potential they have within themselves to live their happiest, healthiest, most grateful lives, without being afraid to take risks or explore life.

The ‘I AM Initiative’ is a seminar designed for young women on self-esteem and self-defense created by Lisa. She developed this class because she believes girls growing up need to know the importance of loving and protecting themselves. Her intention in creating this seminar is to encourage them to embrace their skills, talents and self-responsibility. The I AM Initiative has three foundational principles: Think —› Feel —› Act
Our best defense is a great offense, and our best offense begins by trusting ourselves and knowing that we are enough. Daily messages of “You aren’t smart/popular/attractive/athletic enough,” leave many girls believing they truly aren’t enough. When we believe we are unworthy, there isn’t a defense system that will protect us.
